Welcome to Wessex Water's Partner Hub

We want to work with you to support customers throughout our region, particularly those who are having difficulty affording their water bills or who have additional needs that we should be aware of in our day to day services.

Our hub provides you lots of information about the support we offer and gives you access to resources to help you raise awareness and apply on behalf of our clients.

It should also encourage you to share good practice and ideas with each other.

National support hub

We’ve teamed up with the National Support Network (NSN) to go further in supporting our customers in need, alongside National Grid, Bristol Water, Bournemouth Water and South West Water.

Annual funded partner workshops

In February, we successfully hosted our annual workshops with our funded partners across the north and south of the region in collaboration with Bristol Water, Bournemouth Water and South West Water.

Debt Awareness Week – how partners can support

We have been taking part in Debt Awareness Week (24-31 March), an annual campaign run by debt charity StepChange to highlight the cause of financial difficulties and the support available.
