We’re delighted to announce that more than £300,000 in funding has been awarded this financial year to support 38 valued partner organisations.
These partners play a vital role in helping customers access our affordability schemes and providing essential debt advice.
Funding grants are allocated based on the volume of applications submitted to our schemes each year, ensuring that resources are directed where they can make the greatest impact.
This funding reflects our ongoing commitment to empowering communities, supporting vulnerable customers and driving innovation across the sector. We’re excited to see the positive outcomes these organisations will deliver and deeply appreciate their continued collaboration and dedication.
Earlier this year, we shared plans to explore funding for Social Landlords who assist customers in applying to our affordability schemes. We’re pleased to confirm that five Social Landlords are now officially partnered with Wessex Water:
- Curo
- Magna Housing
- Selwood Housing
- SNG (Sovereign Network Group)
- Abri
We look forward to seeing how these new partnerships evolve and the positive impact they will have on customers who need support with their water bills.
