It’s been an incredibly busy year for us, so we wanted to reflect on just a few examples of what we’ve have done to support our customers.
These include:
- Broadening the support of the Dementia Safeguarding scheme by purchasing GPS tracking devices.
- Supporting our customers through the cost-of-living crisis by:
- Making changes to our Assist scheme
- Data sharing with councils
- Extra funding to the debt advice sector
- Attending Cost of living events throughout our region.
- Following the CCW affordability review we conducted a pilot which examined that ‘all water companies should operate a simple application process that covers all support schemes’.
- Exploring new partnerships, including working with the Royal Association for the Deaf.
