As one of the actions from CCW affordability review and the need for a single application process, we have released a new Eligibility calculator on our customer website. This has now gone live with our new-look site.

The aim of the calculator is to help customers work out what scheme they may be eligible for when they need help to pay, direct them to the right form to fill in so they can self-serve, or contact us if they need further help.

We hope that having this available will encourage those customers who feel there are barriers to applying for our schemes to apply.
