New community drop-in service launched for customers

We have launched a brand new service to provide customers with the opportunity to speak to us in person if they have any queries about their bill, water or sewerage services.

From June 2024 our two new Outreach Coordinators Mark Bell and Laura Gowers will be providing regular drop-in sessions for customers to access face-to-face contact with a customer service adviser at a range of locations across our water supply region.

Between June and December, Mark and Laura will be in Bath, Chippenham, Trowbridge, Devizes, Yeovil, Taunton, Chard, Bridgwater, Poole, Bridport, Dorchester, Weymouth, Gillingham, Blandford Forum, Salisbury and Warminster. The plan is to provide a drop-in at two locations each week and then return every two months.

Customers can ask questions about their bill and how we can help if they are struggling to pay, they will be referring anyone who needs additional support to independent advice. We can also give advice about saving water, information about water quality, sewer blockages, plumbing and drainage, and any other topics customers would like to discuss with us.

Find out more about all the sessions coming up in a town local to you.

If you see Laura and Mark when you are out and about or want to drop in please introduce yourself they would love to meet you.

If you know any customers who would like face to face support from us, please get in touch with Laura and Mark by emailing community@wessexwater.co.uk.
