National support hub

We’ve teamed up with the National Support Network (NSN) to go further in supporting our customers in need, alongside National Grid, Bristol Water, Bournemouth Water and South West Water.

The NSN is a one-stop support hub designed to help those who may be struggling to find help for life’s challenges quickly and anonymously.

Our support hub is a directory of national support services, operated and maintained by the NSN, for our teams to signpost customers to. The services include helplines and support for issues such as bereavement, insomnia, mental health, communication needs and more.

Customer Policy Manager Claire Smith said: “We’re always looking for ways to better support our customers, and we hope to see the NSN become a helpful resource alongside the support we already offer."
