In January we hosted two workshops in the south and north areas of our region.

These were the first face-to-face events we have held with our funded partners since Covid and it was great to have everyone in the same room.

All our funded partners were invited to join us to update them on our current initiatives. We updated them on the extra support we are providing for the cost-of-living crisis and discussed the uptake of schemes.

We also had fantastic discussions about what we can expect over the next year, barriers they might be facing when helping clients, or any improvements we can make. We will be working through the feedback and suggestions over the coming months.

Partnerships and events like these are invaluable to us as we continue to support more customers affected by the cost-of-living crisis.
